Terms of Service

It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer, and it is published as a good-faith statement of how the service works rather than as settled legal advice. A human legal review is outstanding. These terms govern your use of LikesReal and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. What we sell

LikesReal sells social media engagement delivery: followers, likes, views and similar public interactions delivered to accounts and posts on third-party platforms.

LikesReal is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with or otherwise connected to Instagram, TikTok, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube or any other platform. Platform names and marks are used only to identify the service being ordered, and they remain the property of their owners.

2. What you need to provide

  • A public username, profile link or post URL for the target of the order. The target must be publicly visible for the whole delivery window; a private or restricted account cannot receive delivery.
  • A valid email address so we can send the order confirmation and reach you about the order.

We never ask for and never require your account password. We do not need login access, two-factor codes, or any form of account authorisation to deliver an order. If anyone contacts you claiming to be LikesReal and asks for a password, it is not us. Report it to support.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery normally starts within minutes of payment clearing.
  • Larger orders are delivered gradually rather than all at once, which is both how the providers work and how the pattern stays plausible on the platform side.
  • All timings shown on the site or in your confirmation are estimates based on typical performance. They are not guarantees, and provider load, platform rate limits and platform outages can slow an order down.
  • Changing the target account or post to private, or deleting the post, during delivery will stop the order. We cannot recover an order lost this way.

4. The 30-day refill guarantee

If delivered engagement drops within 30 days of your order completing, we will replenish it once, free of charge, up to the quantity you originally ordered.

To claim, contact support with your order ID and tell us what dropped. Claims are accepted for 30 days from the completion date of the order; after that the guarantee has expired.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Drops on an account or post that was made private, deleted, renamed or suspended after delivery.
  • Engagement you did not buy from us on that order.
  • Quantities above what you ordered.
  • Orders where the target details supplied were wrong.
  • A second drop after a refill has already been issued for the same order.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled separately. See the Refund Policy for what is eligible, what is not, and how to request one.

6. Payment

Orders are paid by card through a third-party payment processor. Payment is taken at checkout and delivery begins once the payment clears.

We do not see or store your full card details. Card data is handled by the processor under its own terms and security arrangements. We store the order record, the amount, and the reference the processor returns to us.

7. Acceptable use

By placing an order you confirm that you own the target account or post, or that you are authorised by its owner to promote it.

You may not use LikesReal to promote content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, that harasses or targets an individual, or that is hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful. You may not order engagement to a third party's account in order to harm it.

We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to breach this section.

8. Platform risk

Social media platforms are independent of us and change their rules, ranking systems and enforcement without notice. Platforms remove engagement, run periodic purges, and adjust what counts as a valid interaction. Delivered counts can therefore rise and fall after an order completes.

This risk is real and we cannot remove it. The refill guarantee in section 4 is the remedy we offer for it, and it is the only remedy we offer for it.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

We deliver the engagement you order. We do not promise any business result that might follow from it. Sales, reach, follower retention, algorithmic distribution, monetisation eligibility, verification, brand deals and account growth all depend on your content and on decisions the platforms make. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of any of them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or action taken against your account by a platform.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and it applies to orders placed after it is posted. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [[GOVERNING_LAW_JURISDICTION]], and the courts of [[GOVERNING_LAW_JURISDICTION]] have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. The operator of this site is [[COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME]].
